~ Terms of Service for Adoptable Characters Auctions1. Ownership and Usage RightsPersonal Use
Upon purchase, you gain full personal usage rights for the adoptable character.Commercial Use
Commercial use is permitted with proper attribution.Attribution Requirements
For bids under $100, a small credit as the original character designer is required for commercial use only (personal use needs no attribution)For bids of $100 or more, no attribution is required for any use.Upgrading Rights
You can upgrade from SB to no-attribution rights at any time by paying the difference.Artist Rights
I retain the right to display all adoptable designs in my portfolio and social media regardless of purchase type.Misattribution
Falsely claiming creation or attributing the adoptable to another artist is strictly prohibited.Resale
Resale is allowed, but the price must not exceed the original purchase price, unless additional commissioned art or significant personal artwork is included2. Character ModificationYou may freely modify the design.No Derivative Works / Bases:
The purchase grants rights to the specific character design as-is. Using the character as a base, template, or direct reference to create and sell new adoptables, species, or commercial assets is strictly prohibited.3. Transaction PoliciesPayment Terms
Payment is due within 48 hours of winning an auction or agreeing to a sale, unless otherwise specified.Failure to Pay:
If payment is not received within the 48-hour window, the sale will be automatically cancelled. The adoptable may be resold or offered to the runner-up. Repeated failure to meet deadlines will result in a permanent block and/or blacklisting.Conduct:
I expect professional and respectful communication. Harassment, excessive pressuring for favors, or questioning my personal schedule/policies will not be tolerated and may lead to the cancellation of the transaction and a ban from future sales.Refund Policy
All sales are final. You can't request refunds.Dispute Resolution
Any payment disputes or chargebacks may result in blacklisting and public notification to the artists community.4. Auction and Sales ProcessBidding Commitment

Please refrain from any actions that unfairly influence prices or discourage other bidders.Holding Adoptables
For bids of $100 or more, holds of up to 7 days are available only if the price is met. Holds are not available for offers below $100.Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse a sale or disqualify a bidder for any reason, including but not limited to: a history of late payments, disrespectful communication, or failure to comply with these terms in previous transactions.5. Delivery and TransferDelivery
Adoptables will be delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Delivery is via digital file transfer, I usually use a Wetransfer link.File Format

License Type Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the asset pack for personal and commercial projects (games, visual novels, videos, social media content, etc.).~ Permitted UsesUse in personal and commercial visual novels, games, and multimedia projects.
Use in videos, streams, and social media content.
Editing and modification of the assets to fit your project (e.g., color adjustments, cropping, layering).~ Prohibited UsesReselling, redistributing, or sharing the asset files (modified or unmodified) as standalone assets or as part of another asset pack.
Claiming authorship of the original artwork.
Using the assets in products where the primary value is the asset itself (e.g., print-on-demand merchandise featuring only the asset with no transformative work).2. Attribution
Attribution is appreciated but not required.3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after delivery.4. File Delivery
Assets are delivered as digital files via the platform's download system (e.g., itch.io). File formats and resolutions are specified on each product page.5. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing an asset pack, you agree to abide by these terms of service.
